Meeting Minutes
Present: Karen Achille, Polly Brown, Sandie Corr-Dolby, Victoria Haeselbarth,Tom Hallahan, Mary Holmes, Gary Cogley, Nancy Langman, Michael Loberg
Absent: June Manning, Diane Durawa
Co-Chair Michael Loberg called the meeting to order at 4:02 PMI. Review/acceptance of December 19th meeting minutes

II. Introductions
• Since a number of members were unable to attend the initial meeting on the 19th, time was spent introducing each committee member and the skill set they bring to the working group.
III. Subcommittee Reports
a. Greenhouse Model
- This sub-committee will arrange for a site visit to a Boston area Green House facility
- Will explore a possible Skype meeting with GreenHouse representatives
- It was suggested that a rural Green House site beincluded also
- The subcommittee is also interested in themodel/program’s profit and loss information.Comments were made to look at the relative coststhat would be associated with a Vineyard GreenHouse model specifically
b. Other models (to include Vineyard Village at Home, SCOs, Maine & Ohio models, as well as others)
- Investigate ‘Granny pods’
- Investigate the ‘Eden Alternative’
c. Volunteers for ‘Stop at Home’ and Gatekeeper programs
- Sandie Corr-Dolby & Mary Holmes will spearhead this subcommittee
- Suggestion to visit Brewer House and Long Hill sites on island
- They will also conduct an inventory of what servicesare available on the island presently
d. Use of technology
- This committee should contact Eileen Klein. She is presently in California overseeing the use of technology to link in-home need with external healthcare services
- Tom Hallahan will volunteer to work with Nancy on this committee

VI. Next Meeting: Is scheduled for Monday, January 20th, 12:00-1:30 PM. Since the County offices are closed, the meeting willbe held at Michael Loberg’s home at 33 Crocker Avenue in VH
